Upload quesitons 1.3.2/ Undefined variable when debug is on?

Adm is the only one that can upload. I want the ones that login can upload into any Album. AT this time they can not. I do not know how to fix it.    Thanks

I put debug on so I can see. I am getting undefined Notices. Do I need to do something about this?

You simply click on 'Properties' next to the album and change 'Visitors can upload files' to yes.
