dev warning only visible in english.php

The dev version warning is just showing as an empty cell in languages other than english.php 
Is this a langfallback problem?

Yes, it is. I fixed this by adding

$lang_version_alert_en = cpg_get_default_lang_var('lang_version_alert','english');
$lang_version_alert = array_merge($lang_version_alert_en, $lang_version_alert);to include/langfallback.inc.php. Please confirm and mark thread as fixed if applicable.
