I open my gallery and attempt to upload either MPGs or MP3s and it doesnt happen.

When I upload MPGs the upload file page just removes the path where I had picked to upload the file when I click continue.

When I attempt to upload MP3s, it says 0 files uploaded correctly.

Am I missing a step?

probably a timeout issue, post a link and test account (non-admin) with upload privileges.

This website is setup on my LAN, I have a 100 Mbps upload and download speed on this thing.  Uploading a 25Mb video clip takes all of about 3 to 5 seconds.  Timeouts aren't an issue.

Looking over the topics, I kinda noticed this thread doesn't belong here.  Can I ask an admin to move it to the "upload" forum?

I cannot figure this out, I've tried eveything.  I can show any config file anyone needs to see.  The only thing I can't do is give a direct link (this is due to the nature of the group I'm running).

And before anyone starts thinking it, *NO*, it isn't a piracy or p0rn group.

What method of upload are you using.  If ftp, does it work using the html upload, and vice-versa.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

HTML is all I have tried.  I have direct access to the server, can I just "manually" copy the file from CD to the server?  What all is involved with that?

Yes, as the server is yours, just create new folders within the albums folder(not in the userpics folder), with the same permissions, then copy your files there.  If the server is remote you ftp to here.

Now use the batch add facility to add them to the gallery.  If they still fail, turn on debug mode, try setting the groups settings to single uploads only, then try uploading again by html.

If it fails, you should get an error message which will help you/us understand your problem.
