Hello i have 100 albums with category "test" it posibble to add category from .txt file

I think I have seen a mod that did something similar - search the board. Search terms that come to mind are "csv" and "text-file". I doubt it though that a lot of users would benefit from this feature, so I don't think that such a feature will go into the core. If you're such a power user that you need to speed create albums, why don't you take a look at the MassImportPlugin, which will not only mass-create albums for you, but batch-add the files within the corresponding folders as well.
