I have got the modpack,But what do I do with? There are no instructions or anything in the folder to tell me what to do. :'(

Yes I seen that post,But my question is.....Do I upload the entire folder or do i open the folder and upload all of the files in the folder?

open the folder and upload the files into your CPG directory on your server replacing the existing files
