I've tried anything I could
change CHMOD on the config
But however, When I go to admin tools and select to the thumbs to be resized they say it was successfully done, But when I see the thumb it hasn't changed.... Can someone help me?

It's not only the permissions (chmod) but also the ownership (chown) that has to match.

Ask your webhost for support. When webhosted, you can't CHOWN by yourself.

First you need to change the permissions of your existing images. If I understand you correctly, then you just changed settings in coppermine admin. That affects only images you upload after that change. Everything else you need to chmod manually (shell or ftp). If that doesn't work, then you probably need to check file ownership (chown).

Just ask them to CHOWN the folders for you - they'll know what to do. Alternatively, ask them to visit this thread.
