Coppermine coding: how can I create a responsive theme?

[Manutjee]

I have no clue if this is posted in the right section, but I want to know how I can create a responsive CPG theme. I managed to successfully code my theme(s), and I want to try responsive coding. What would be the best/easiest way to achieve that?

Have a look at  Blankstrap - Bootstrap based theme http://coppermine-gallery.com/forum/index.php/topic,76309.0.html.
Is responsive.

I am using it since a while and you can have a look on my site:

Remove the two spaces after pasting it.

I would definitely like to propose that Bootstrap become the new default theme for CPG 1.6
